Terms of Service

Last updated September 28, 2026

Version: v1.0 Effective date: 28 September 2026 The English version of these Terms is the controlling version. The Persian version is provided as a translation. If the two versions conflict, the English version governs to the extent permitted by applicable law. 1. About these Terms These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of dooobi’s applications, websites, support channels, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, publishing or responding to a listing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. “dooobi” means the platform and service operating under the dooobi name. No registered company or operator name is stated in these Terms because no such entity has yet been designated. Nothing in these Terms creates a carrier, courier, insurer, guarantor, employer, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship between dooobi and any user. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must promptly notify support@dooobi.com if you suspect unauthorized access. 3. dooobi’s limited role dooobi is an intermediary marketplace that helps a Sender who wants an item delivered find a Traveler already taking a compatible route. dooobi provides listing, matching, verification, transaction-recording, handover and delivery confirmation, evidence, support, and dispute-handling tools. dooobi is not the carrier or courier of any item, does not take possession of items, and does not supervise travel or delivery. dooobi is not an insurer and does not guarantee a user, route, item, payment, customs clearance, handover, delivery time, successful delivery, or dispute outcome. A match, verification result, badge, rating, or review is not an endorsement or guarantee of a user’s identity, conduct, reliability, legality, or fitness. 4. Accounts and verification Some actions require confirmed contact information and approved identity verification. dooobi may request a name, date of birth, nationality, identity-document details and image, and a selfie or profile photo. Verification may be conducted by the dooobi team and is a risk-reduction measure only. You may not impersonate another person, submit altered or unauthorized documents, create misleading listings, or use another person’s account. 5. Listings, matches, and the Transaction record A Sender creates a delivery request and a Traveler creates a trip offer. Either may propose a match. Before acceptance, the parties must review the item, route, dates, proposed reward, payment method, and other recorded details. When a match is accepted, dooobi creates a Transaction with the agreed Traveler reward, currency, route, item information, participants, and applicable Platform Fee. The rate and amount recorded in that Transaction are the controlling record for Platform Fee calculation and for dooobi’s internal dispute review. Side arrangements that are not recorded in dooobi may be difficult or impossible for dooobi to verify and do not alter the Transaction record. 6. Traveler reward and Platform Fee The Sender and Traveler agree directly on the reward for carrying the item. The Traveler reward is not money belonging to dooobi. dooobi does not receive, hold, safeguard, transfer, or escrow the Traveler reward. After a match is accepted and the agreement is finalized, the Sender must separately pay dooobi a Platform Fee equal to 5% of the agreed Traveler reward recorded in the Transaction. The Sender submits evidence of Platform Fee payment and an Admin confirms or rejects it. Approval of the Platform Fee unlocks the contact information and approved profile photo needed for that specific Transaction. Submission alone, before Admin approval, does not unlock that information. The Sender pays the Traveler reward separately using the payment method recorded for the Transaction, no later than successful delivery of the item to the Receiver. The Service currently provides no wallet, escrow, or in-app payment gateway. Users are responsible for confirming that any off-platform payment is genuine and lawful. Questions about an incorrect or rejected Platform Fee should be raised through Support. 7. Handover, delivery, and responsibility for the item Airport-to-Airport handover is the preferred method during Beta. The parties must still agree on the actual place, time, identity checks, packaging, and evidence for each handover. The Sender is responsible for the item, its lawful ownership, accurate description, value, packaging, contents, and custody until handover to the Traveler is confirmed. From confirmation of handover to the Traveler until confirmation of delivery to the Receiver, the Traveler is responsible for reasonable care, custody, and movement of the item and for following applicable travel, airline, airport, customs, and border rules. After delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the item passes as applicable to the Receiver or Sender. Each participant remains responsible for their own acts and omissions outside this custody period. QR codes, tracking codes, Receiver PINs, timestamps, photos, confirmations, messages, receipts, and other records are evidence tools. They do not by themselves prove every fact or transfer liability contrary to applicable law. 8. Receiver access A Receiver does not need a dooobi account. If the Sender enables Receiver access, the Sender is responsible for providing accurate Receiver information and securely sharing the tracking code and PIN. A Receiver may use those credentials to view limited delivery status, access limited Traveler contact information at the appropriate stage, and confirm delivery. The Sender must have authority to provide any Receiver personal data submitted to dooobi. 9. Prohibited and restricted items Items with a declared value above 50,000,000 toman (500,000,000 IRR) and fragile items are prohibited during Beta. An item valued at exactly 50,000,000 toman is within the Beta limit. Users must not list, offer, accept, hand over, carry, or deliver any unlawful, stolen, dangerous, hazardous, explosive, weapon-related, controlled, counterfeit, undeclared, or otherwise restricted item, or any item prohibited by an airline, airport, customs authority, or the law of an origin, transit, or destination jurisdiction. The Sender must truthfully declare the item, value, weight, contents, and relevant restrictions. The Traveler must inspect the item and may refuse anything they cannot lawfully or safely carry. Both parties must independently check customs declarations, permits, duties, sanctions, aviation security, baggage rules, and import/export requirements. dooobi’s category list or ability to create a listing is not legal or customs approval. 10. Cancellations, problems, and disputes A pending match request may be withdrawn or rejected. An accepted Transaction may be cancelled only before confirmed handover, subject to the Service’s available flow. After handover, the Transaction must proceed to delivery or be reported as a problem or dispute. dooobi provides tools to record evidence, open a support ticket, and flag an in-progress Transaction for review. dooobi may review Transaction records and information voluntarily provided by participants, request further evidence, restrict accounts, or suggest practical resolution steps. dooobi is not a court, arbitrator, insurer, or collection agent and does not guarantee recovery, compensation, refund, or enforcement. In a genuine dispute, dooobi may disclose limited Traveler information to the Sender only where reasonably necessary and legally permitted for pursuing a claim, and may disclose information to a competent authority in response to lawful process. Full KYC documents are not freely released to users. 11. User conduct You must use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not commit fraud; threaten or harass others; manipulate reviews or evidence; bypass Platform Fees or safety controls; share another person’s private data without authority; interfere with the Service; introduce malicious code; scrape protected data; or use dooobi to facilitate an unlawful transaction. Users must keep communication and evidence relevant to the Transaction and must not misuse contact details unlocked for one Transaction for unrelated purposes. 12. Suspension and account deletion dooobi may reject content, suspend access, restrict features, preserve evidence, or delete an account when reasonably necessary for safety, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, legal compliance, or protection of users or the Service. You may request account deletion through dooobi Support. Account access and direct profile identifiers may be removed or de-identified, while records reasonably required for Transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, financial or security records, enforcement, or legal obligations may be retained. Deletion does not erase another participant’s legitimate Transaction history or rights. 13. Intellectual property and feedback The Service, its software, design, branding, and original content are protected by applicable law. dooobi gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant dooobi a limited license to host, process, display to authorized users, and use that content as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and handle disputes. 14. Availability, disclaimers, and liability The Service is provided on an “as available” basis during Beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dooobi disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user conduct, the condition or legality of an item, travel disruption, customs action, indirect loss, lost profit, or loss that dooobi could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct where applicable. Each user is responsible for losses, claims, duties, penalties, or costs caused by that user’s item, breach of law, breach of these Terms, misrepresentation, negligence, or infringement of another person’s rights. 15. Changes to the Service or these Terms dooobi may change the Service and may update these Terms. Material changes will use a new policy version and may require acceptance before continued use. The acceptance record includes the policy key, version, time, and selected locale. If you do not accept a required new version, you may be unable to continue using authenticated features. 16. Governing law and disputes with dooobi These Terms and disputes involving dooobi are governed primarily by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without overriding mandatory law that applies to a particular user or transaction. Before filing a claim against dooobi, please contact legal@dooobi.com and attempt in good faith to resolve it through Support. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts of Iran have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory rules. 17.
