How do I know who I'm dealing with?
Everyone goes through Contact Verification (email and phone), and listings require Identity Verification -- a reviewed identity document and a real profile picture. Reviews from past deliveries build on top of that over time.
When can someone see my phone number and profile picture?
Only once a transaction's platform fee is confirmed, and only the other person in that specific transaction -- not the public, not other users.
What can I send with dooobi?
Everyday personal items that both sides agree to carry. The traveler always has the final say on what they're willing to take.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You can open a dispute from within the transaction, and the dooobi team reviews it. Handover and delivery are both confirmed with a QR check, so there's a clear record of what happened and when.
How does payment work?
You and the traveler agree on a reward for the trip, plus a small platform fee. There's no fixed tariff -- the price is whatever makes sense for your route and item.
What happens if a match is cancelled?
You can cancel before the handover happens. Once a package has been handed over, the transaction continues through delivery or, if needed, a dispute -- it isn't simply cancelled at that point.
